Registration & Accommodation
To register for Congress, you must fill out this web registration form. You can also use the same form to book accommodation and excursions.
After submitting the completed web form, you will receive an automatic response from the e-Tours agency (from the EMPL address noreply@empl.io) with an offer and bank details for making a payment. After payment is received, an invoice will be sent to your email address. Please before submitting the registration enter the details of the person or institution to whom you want the invoice to be issued.
For any additional information and exceptions regarding reservations and payments (credit card payment), please contact e-Tours at hbk@etours.hr
Students, assistants, unemployed and pensioners must submit a scanned document proving their status to hbk@etours.hr.
On-site registration will be possible to pay by credit cards only.

Congress badges
All registered persons will receive a name badge upon registration. Please wear the name badge at both scientific and social events.
Cancelation policy
Cancellation before and on August 20th, 2025 – 80% refund
Cancellation after August 20th, 202 – no refund
All amendments and cancellation must be sent to hbk@etours.hr . Refund will be made after the event. Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
Lecture and oral presentation
A standard PC and a LCD projector will be available. Speakers are requested to deliver their presentations (USB stick) to our technician, at least one hour before the start of the session.
Visa and invintation letter
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of their visa requirements. For more information please check: https://mvep.gov.hr/en/
An official letter of confirmation can be sent upon request to hbk@etours.hr only for people who have registered, paid the registration and submitted an abstract that was not rejected. It does not cover any fees nor is a guaranty to obtain the visa.
