After receiving your application, we shell send payment details for registration.

The abstract will be included in Book of abstracts only if presenting authors’s regitration fee payment is recieved by July 31st, 2018.

Registration fee for participants includes following: all conference material, abstract book, daily tea/coffee, the welcome reception, gala dinner, admission to all conference sessions and entrance to the poster/exhibition area. Registration fee for accompanying persons includes following: the welcome reception and gala dinner. Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks nor entitle them to the conference documentation and VAT.

All students, teachers, unemployed and retired persons must e-mail scanned proof of their status to travel@pbzcard.hr.

Cancellation of Registration

All cancellations must be sent to the technical organizer PBZ CARD (e-mail: travel@pbzcard.hr) in written. Refund will be made after the event according to the next policy:

  • cancellation before and on 15th July, 2018: 75% refund
  • cancellation after 16th July, 2018: no refund

The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the 12th Croatian Biological Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

Participants who are unable to attend the congress at the last minute are therefore advised to encourage another member of their staff to attend in their place. The original receipt together with the attendance certificate will be provided in the conference bag.

Booking is preferred before April 25th 2018. After this date confirmation of accommodation will depend on the room availability and earlier reservation is recommended.
