1. Fill in the registration form, accommodation and excursions details and payment information.
2. An automatic reply from the Pro Putuj travel agency with an offer to pay will be sent to your email, and an invoice will be sent after the payment has been made.
3. For any additional information and exceptions regarding the reservation and payment, please contact the Pro Putuj travel agency at info@proputuj.hr.
4. Students, ph students and assistants must submit a scanned document proving their status to info@proputuj.hr in order to obtain student fee.

Congress badges
All registered persons will receive a name badge upon registration.
Please wear the name badge at both scientific and social events.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation before and on August 15th, 2022 – 80% refund
Cancellation after August 15th, 2022 – no refund
All amendments and cancellation must be sent to info@proputuj.hr . Refund will be made after the event. Any bank charge or commission must be covered by the participant.
Lectures and oral presentations
A standard PC and a LCD projector will be available. Speakers are requested to deliver their presentations (USB stick) to our technician, at least one hour before the start of the session.
Visa and invitation letter
It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of their visa requirements. For more information please check: https://mvep.gov.hr/en/
An official letter of invitation can be sent upon request to info@proputuj.hr only for people who: have registered, paid the registration and submitted an abstract that was not rejected. It does not cover any fees nor is a guaranty to obtain the visa.
